Rigging
Do not use my riggs for AI, ML, nfts, training or blockchains. Do not use my website for ML, nfts, training, blockchains AI or Web scraping You are allowed to illustrate paid or free artwork of me. Can draw NSFW artwork of me. It can't be anything illegal or under 18. You are responsible for your own hardware and software. You are allowed to mess with my rigs in Vtube Studio. You not allowed go into Vtube Studio settings to adjust the phys strength. You will be allowed to receive updated rig from me, free of charge. If you still have rights. If you accidentally delete the email or link, I will resend you the rig. If the Twitter/Bluesky account you contacted me with, has been deactivated for over 30 days and/or the original email address has been deleted. I will not resend the rig. A request for the updated, accidentally deleted email or Drive which contained the rig, must be sent via DM on the Twitter/Bluesky account first, with the rig was credited with. There is no first come, first served basis. You can not ask for priority in the waitlist. Doing so will kick you off the waitlist. Making any snarky, snide, bad remarks. You will be blacklisted. You can not bribe your way onto the top. If you do not come back within a week after I contact you. I will move onto the next client. I require at least 2 week for halfbody and chibi, 3 weeks for fullbody and 4 weeks for furry models. Please disclose your deadlines before the commission starts. Once the deadlines are decided, they are set in stone. I have the right to refuse your project. Your model might be used in my portfolio advertisements. I will not work free (bar my own raffles or by choice) regardless of the person or reason. You will be blacklisted. My prices are reasonable and are determined by demand and skill. I can deny you extras if your model does not support it. You will not be charged for denied extras. I will not cancel your rig for denied Extras. You can still Vtube under payment plan. Payment plans must be told in advance. Payment plans are paid in monthly installments from Stripe. Payment plans can be done under 2 installments or 3 installments. You can pay your payment plan off early. When under the payment plan, I still own your model's rights. Once you acquire your model, you will be unable to cancel your payment plan. I will not rig a model which has been created by AI, directly copied from AI or another illustrator. I will only rig the model you (or the agency) own full rights too and is allowed to be rigged. I will not rig a previously a rigged model. The model must be new .psd file with the model cut and layered. You agree to me showcasing your rig and let by me livestream me rigging it. You agree to let your model be used in my YouTube videos, Tiktoks and Shorts. You can request 3 changes max When you receive a Live2D rig from me, you are allowed to use for vtubing. When you receive a Live2D rig must credit me in the Twitter/Bluesky bio and your channel credits. You are allowed to use the rig for artwork. When you agree to take a free/paid rig from you will be allowed to request another free/paid rig from another rigger with my permission. Permission can only be given through the email address and Twitter/Bluesky account on the form. You will only receive .moc3 and .json files. I will rig models with hips exposed All characters must be at least and look at least 18+. Client must at least 18. I will not rig extreme gore, violence or porn. I will not rig any NSFW parts which deliberately breaks YouTube's, Twitch's, or any other site's TOS. Your model will be used in Vtuber Showcase but the NSFW parts will be censored. NDA means a private commission. NDA only applies to paid rigs. Upon agreeing to the NDA, I am unable to post WIPs on Twitter, Bluesky, shorts or livestream until the model's debut. I will still post WIPs to your Discord and (if needed) your illustrator's Discord account. I will only accept the NDA, if the debut date is set in stone, if you agree to the NDA. You can not change the debut when choosing the NDA. Applies to physical goods e.g. keyrings, posters, Dakis. Vtuber Agencies and Businesses must purchase a license. Indie Vtubers/Freelancers must purchase a licence for official work. Fan physical goods does not need a licence. The 50% upfront payment is not refundable. Upfront Payment must be made in 1-2 working days or the commission will be cancelled. Final payment must be done within 2 weeks. I may increase the price on complexity and the skill involved. Payments are done through Stripe invoices. Paypal is the only payment method I accept. Payment is 50% up front and 50% for the final payment along with any extras. Once the upfront payment or first installment has gone through I will start rigging. I do not do chargebacks. If you demand a chargeback, I will blacklist you for any future commissions. I will revoke the rights to your model, if you demand a chargeback. The client is at least 18.
